Bus Driver
We are always on the lookout for people with the potential to be bus drivers. If you like meeting and dealing with customers from all walks of life, can stay calm under pressure, like working on your own initiative and want a job near your home, consider driving buses for Arriva.
We will give you full training and excellent support from day one with us.
Bus Mechanic/ Engineers
We employ apprentices, trainees, and experienced mechanics. We have a mechanics academy and invest heavily in training and development.
Head Office
Each Arriva region has a head office with opportunities in Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Services and Insurance.
Depot Management
A management team runs each bus depot. In addition to recruiting new managers, we strongly believe in training our staff and promoting from within, so you could join us as a driver and end up as a senior manager.
Training Instructor
All our trainee bus drivers spend time in our own driving schools to gain their Passenger Carrying Vehicle Licence. Our instructors are trained and monitored to be of the highest standards. Many instructors started their careers with us as bus drivers and gained internal promotions, however if you have the right qualifications, we would be delighted to consider external applications.
Route supervisors
In certain regions, supervisors are needed to make sure buses run on time. We look for talented people to make this happen.
